Job summary

Forward is seeking a skilled Copywriter to support the launch of a new iGaming project, crafting and adapting high-quality content for product and marketing communications for a Turkish-speaking audience.

You will create content across banners, emails, push notifications and social channels, maintain a consistent Tone of Voice, and provide English versions for internal use while collaborating with multiple teams to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven copywriting professional experience.
• iGaming / gambling copywriting experience.
• Turkish – C1+ and English – C1+ written skills.
• Excellent grammar and attention to detail.
• Experience creating B2C promo and product communications.
• Strong audience-focused communication and Tone of Voice.
• Ability to adapt copy for channels and formats.
• Capability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation and editing.
• Nice to have: Russian/Ukrainian language skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit high-quality copy for iGaming product communications.
• Write content for banners, sliders, emails, pop-ups, notifications, web push, SMS and SMM/Telegram.
• Create engaging promotional copy for casino and other iGaming campaigns.
• Adapt content to different communication channels and character limits.
• Analyse existing materials and develop the product’s Tone of Voice.
• Maintain a consistent Tone of Voice across all communication channels.
• Create content primarily in Turkish and provide English versions for internal use.
• Manage tasks from different teams and departments.
• Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Handle urgent, time-sensitive requests when needed.
• Use AI tools for research, ideation, drafting and editing while maintaining originality and a natural human tone.
• Proofread and improve content with strong attention to grammar, spelling and detail.
• Support copywriting tasks across different projects when required.
