Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking Turkish Bilingual Experts to support an AI training project by evaluating Turkish audio recordings for fluency, pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic accuracy. Candidates must have native-level Turkish proficiency and English proficiency of B2 or above.

No prior AI experience is required. As a remote contractor, you will evaluate audio clips, provide feedback in English, and document findings according to project guidelines.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Turkish.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and linguistic analysis skills.
• Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Experience in linguistics, phonetics, transcription, audio analysis, or teaching is an advantage.
• Comfortable working remotely with online tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Turkish audio clips for fluency and naturalness.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity.
• Provide clear written feedback and evaluation justifications in English.
• Document findings accurately according to project guidelines.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements.
• Help improve AI-generated Turkish speech through detailed assessments.
