BAM'S Landscaping is seeking a Turfgrass Specialist to join our Montgomery County team. The role includes calibration of equipment, pesticide/fertilizer applications, soil testing, turf diagnosing, and light administrative tasks. Training is available for licensing and certifications.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in turfgrass or related field, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a drug test. Competitive wages with advancement opportunities and incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in turfgrass or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Preference for MDA Applicators license 3C & Fertilizer License (training provided)

BAM'S Landscaping & Lawn Care is currently seeking a Turfgrass Specialist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Calibration of equipment.
• Continuing education/training.
• Pesticide/fertilizer applications.
• Soil test taking.
• Light administrative tasks (i.e record keeping).
• Turf diagnosing.
• Use of a smartphone and other related tasks.

Qualifications:

• We are seeking a problem-solver and a DOER that can make our lawns the best on the block!
• Must strive for quality, have great communication skills, and be a team player.
• Certification is not a requirement (we can train) BUT we will give preference to applicants who have it (MDA Applicators license 3C & Fertilizer License). You can operate under our Business Applicator's License and expedite your training to get your own license!
• At least 3 years in the field or similar industry w/ knowledge of turfgrass management.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
