Job summary

Lang's Lawn Care in Malvern is hiring a Lawn Care Specialist to create lush landscapes. A typical day includes applying organic, hybrid, integrated, and nutrient-based treatments, seeding and aeration, and educating clients to maintain healthy properties.

You will manage your own territory with pride, work outdoors in varying weather, and lift up to 50 pounds. A turf-related degree or 1–2 years in lawn care is preferred, plus a pesticide/herbicide license or ability to obtain one and a valid

Qualifications

• Degree in Turf, Entomology, Plant Sciences, Horticulture or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 1–2 years of hands-on lawn care maintenance and turf application.
• Ability to operate equipment and lift up to 50 pounds in all weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the independence to work autonomously.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills to communicate with clients.
• Valid Pesticide/Herbicide Applicator’s License or ability to obtain one; Florida JE card preferred.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license.

Position Summary

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this role must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Employees may be required to lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds and operate equipment in outdoor conditions.
