Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative in Pennsylvania to develop turf and ornamental plans and expand trusted partnerships with customers in agronomic solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in Turf/Ornamental sectors, leadership experience, and proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. A 2- or 4-year degree is preferred; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Turf, Ornamental, Plant Health Care, Chemicals and Fertilizer.
• 2 or 4 year degree in related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in Turf and Ornamental or related education/work experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Proficient use of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop customer turf and ornamental plans, including fertilizer, seed, disease, pest, and water management program portfolios.
• Responsible to the Turf & Ornamental Sales Manager.
• Expand customer’s trust to be the agronomic business partner of choice.
• Integrate and position proprietary products into customer business plans.
• Recognize and communicate company finance programs when applicable.
• Keep confidential customer information, accurate records, and organized business plans.
• Make safety a daily priority.
• Other duties as required.
