Erin Hills Golf Course in Wisconsin is seeking an Operator for a part-time seasonal, hourly, non-exempt role. The successful candidate will drive and operate field machinery under Grounds Management Team supervision, performing routine maintenance and turf operations.

This position requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, ability to work outdoors in all weather, weekend and holiday shifts, and the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment safely.

• Operate mechanical equipment including tractors, mowers, skid steers, excavators, and dump trucks as part of daily grounds maintenance.

Operator Position

Position: Operator (Part‑time Seasonal, Hourly, Non‑Exempt). Reports to: Grounds Management Team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate mechanical equipment, including but not limited to tractors, tractor implements, various turf mowers, heavy machinery such as skid steers and mini excavators, and dump trucks.

Special Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to safely operate trucks and motorized equipment.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

• Work extended hours, including weekend and holiday shifts.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
• Work on or near heavy machinery.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Perform repetitive tasks with few breaks.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner.
