Responsibilities

• Oversee conditioning of greens, fairways, tees, and roughs to withstand heavy municipal traffic and high-volume daily play.
• Operate, maintain, and repair the course irrigation system with focus on water conservation and municipal compliance.
• Direct, schedule, and train a diverse maintenance crew, ensuring safety standards and OSHA regulations.
