Qualifications

• AA or equivalent, two-year college or technical school.
• Degree preference in agronomy/horticulture/plant/soil science.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the maintenance and construction of the 18-hole golf course to established turf standards.
• Supervises and assists maintenance staff in daily duties.
• Plans and directs maintenance and construction of putting greens, tees, fairways, roughs and bunkers.
• Maintains course grounds and maintenance equipment in good working order.
• Records maintenance activities and assists in budget development to meet goals.
• Ensures safety and compliance with regulations and proper licensing.
• Communicates with other departments about facilities and events.
