Job summary

Juniper is seeking an Agronomy Technician to perform safe and effective fertilization and IPM for our landscape maintenance properties in Winter Garden, FL. You will diagnose turf and ornamental issues and apply products per label directions, while following all safety procedures and regulatory requirements.

This role supports field operations, maintains records of products used, keeps vehicles and equipment clean, and helps preserve customer relationships through professional service.

Qualifications

• Experience applying fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and insecticides per label directions and safety rules.
• Ability to diagnose turf and ornamental issues and apply treatments accordingly.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines for pesticide use and safe handling of chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and treat turf and ornamental issues as they arise.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and insecticides following label instructions and safety rules.
• Prepare and mix products per label specifications and safety directions.
• Ensure safe operation of tools, vehicles, and equipment; maintain safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and equipment and accurate product records.
• Complete work-order documentation and communicate with customers to maintain rapport.
