Quality Equipment, LLC seeks a Service Technician - Turf Equipment for our New Bern location. The role involves diagnosing and repairing agricultural and turf equipment, with emphasis on AMS products, and maintaining proper repair orders.

You will work with a team to ensure timely service, safe operation, and clear communication with customers. A strong mechanical background and willingness to train are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years experience performing service repairs on equipment.
• Ability to document diagnosis and work performed on repair orders.
• Familiar with engines, transmissions, electrical or hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read manuals and safety instructions; operate diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic diagnostic and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment and AMS products.
• Disassemble, assemble and repair components and machines as instructed by the Service Manager.
• Complete service forms and repair orders accurately and on time.
• Report additional required work to the Service Manager for safe operation by customers.
• Participate in training programs and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Ensure tools and equipment are used safely and in good condition.
