Job summary

AgriVision Equipment Group and PrairieLand Partners (AVE-PLP, LLC) seek a Turf Sales Representative to build lasting customer relationships and grow sales of turf equipment. You will engage customers, hit sales and margin targets, and collaborate with Store Managers, Parts, and Service to meet needs.

Travel is required to customer locations and events; you will use the HUB to document interactions and drive repeat business while representing AVE-PLP’s values of integrity and performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• One year of equipment sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in an agriculture dealership is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve targeted sales goals (volume and margin).
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to strengthen loyalty and dealer reputation.
• Identify, seek, and obtain new prospects; actively grow the customer base.
• Coordinate with Store Managers, Parts, and Service to support customer needs and ensure smooth execution.
