Job summary

AgriVision Equipment Group and PrairieLand Partners (AVE-PLP, LLC) seeks a Sales Representative I to build and maintain positive customer relationships and drive sales in a regional territory. You will engage customers, coordinate with Store Managers, Parts, and Service, and pursue new prospects to achieve volume and margin targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in an agriculture dealership preferred.
• Certified Crop Adviser certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve targeted sales goals (volume and margin).
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to strengthen loyalty and dealer reputation.
• Continuously identify, seek, and obtain new prospects.
• Coordinate with Store Managers, Parts, and Service to support customer needs.
• Follow AVE-PLP's sales process, including paperwork and used equipment listing pictures/information.
• Maintain a regional customer list and ensure scheduled, consistent contacts leveraging the HUB.
