Job summary

AgriVision Equipment Group and PrairieLand Partners (AVE-PLP, LLC) seeks a Sales Representative I to build and maintain strong customer relationships and achieve regional sales targets. The role involves coordinating with stores, parts, and service to deliver equipment solutions and value.

You will report to the Region Sales Manager and may travel to customer locations across the territory, with emphasis on delivering margin and growth while following the AVE-PLP sales process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year of equipment sales experience preferred.
• Experience in an agriculture dealership is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Certified Crop Advisor certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve targeted and agreed upon sales goals (volume and margin).
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to strengthen loyalty and dealer reputation.
• Identify and obtain new prospects.
• Coordinate with Store Managers, Parts and Service to support customer needs.
• Follow AVE-PLP's sales process and document all activities and paperwork.
