Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Neenah, WI is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver for local home daily routes with a 2/2/3 schedule and a 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM shift.

Earn about $31.00 per hour, weekly pay, and a $1,500 sign-on bonus at 30 days and again at 90 days, plus paid training, benefits after 30 days, PTO from day one, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle.
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR 2 years within the last 5 years, OR 5 years within the last 10 years.
• Must provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test and background checks, including motor vehicle records.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records and logs.
• Load/unload freight or assist if required by customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Hours Per Week: 36 - 48+ hours per week




• Sign on Bonus: Pays you $1500 at 30 days and $1500 at 90 days

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age




• Pass a Ryder Drug Test




• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years




• Pass a DOT physical




• Pass a Ryder road test




• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position




• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:




• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR




• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR




• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years




• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions




• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
