Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Neenah, WI is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver for a local home daily route. Earn weekly pay and enjoy comprehensive benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, and vision.

The schedule is 7:00 AM–7:00 PM with a 2/2/3 pattern and no-touch freight. Sign-on bonuses total $3,000 (paid at 30 and 90 days). PTO starts Day 1, plus 401(k) with company match after one year.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A CDL with required endorsements.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass Ryder drug test, background check and motor vehicle check.
• Pass a DOT physical and a Ryder road test.
• Experience requirements: 9 months in 3 years OR 2 years in 5 years OR 5 years in 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company rules.
• Maintain accurate records and logs.
• Load/unload freight or assist with loading/unloading if required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Hourly Pay: $30.00 Per Hour
• Hours Per Week: 42 hours per week average
• Sign on Bonus: Pays you $1500 at 30 days and $1500 at 90 days

• Work just 14 days per month with a predictable 2/2/3 schedule and every other weekend off
• Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
