You’ll prepare tax returns, offer tax advice, and use TurboTax software to deliver accurate solutions. The position emphasizes building local relationships and providing excellent customer service in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license required or willing to obtain.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns (30+ per season).
• Onsite work at TurboTax location, Sundays–Saturdays, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Provide tax advice and review calculations with clients.
• Help grow local TurboTax client base through community engagement.
