Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at retail or flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare taxes, provide expert guidance, and grow the local TurboTax client base while delivering personalized service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax filing experience using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build lasting client relationships in a retail setting.
• Work on-site at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, including weekends, for at least 20 hours per week.
