Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building a local client base and fostering loyalty.

Ideal candidates hold active EA/CPA/Attorney licenses, have PTIN, and possess strong tax knowledge. The role emphasizes community engagement, local marketing, and excellent customer service in a front-facing retail

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Engage with local marketing efforts to grow TurboTax client base and community presence.
