Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support in a friendly, community-focused setting.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll grow the local client base, establish long-term relationships, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing. This non-exempt, on-site role emphasizes outstanding service and tax expertise.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN as required to file taxes; state licenses or permits as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a retail environment, onsite.
