Qualifications

• EA or CPA with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used for marketing
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds
• Coordinate with the broader team to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences
• Grow TurboTax client base and establish long-term relationships in the local community
• Represent TurboTax in local events and community partnerships
