Fleece Performance Engineering in Indiana seeks an On-Site Turbocharger Technician to join our Turbocharger Department. This full-time hourly position focuses on teardown, assembly, cleaning, and preparation of turbocharger components, directly impacting product quality and delivery timelines.

You will read drawings, inspect components, and work with the team to meet daily production goals while maintaining safety standards and organized, clean workspaces in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven mechanical aptitude and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Comfort with basic math and measurements.
• Good communication within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, assemble, clean, and prep turbocharger components.
• Package and prepare turbochargers for shipment per specs.
• Perform visual inspections for quality and accuracy.
• Interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production and delivery goals.
• Maintain safety standards, use PPE, and keep workspace clean.
• Cross-train across functions as needed.
• Represent the company professionally and perform additional duties as assigned.
