Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or mechanical experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable work history with proven job stability.

Responsibilities

• Assemble turbocharger components and subassemblies following detailed work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, electric wrenches, and other assembly equipment.
• Load and unload parts from automated machinery and production fixtures.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Rotate between assembly stations every few hours to learn different processes.
