Job summary

HIROTEC Manufacturing America, located in Fayetteville, Tennessee, is seeking an Assembly Operator to join our team. Join a climate-controlled manufacturing environment with comprehensive benefits and a focus on safety and quality.

In this role you will assemble components, operate automated or manual equipment, perform first-piece inspections, complete production documentation, and ensure parts meet customer and internal specifications. Overtime and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1 year of automotive/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work a standard 40 hours work week and overtime and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and sub-components using manual or automated tools.
• Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections.
• Complete production documentation accurately and timely.
• Visually inspect and test finished parts against specifications.
• Meet productivity quotas and ensure quality per standards.
• Operate equipment safely and follow safety procedures.
