Responsibilities

• Lead shop and field repair operations.
• Oversee hiring, training, performance management, and development.
• Manage daily scheduling and resource allocation for personnel and equipment.
• Own the division’s P&L, budgets, forecasting, and production goals.
• Develop and maintain resource-loaded shop and field schedules.
• Prepare and coordinate estimates for shop and field repair projects.
• Plan and execute repairs involving steam turbines, turbine generator components, and heavy machinery.
• Establish production goals and execution plans for profitability.
• Monitor performance against targets and take corrective action.
• Coordinate with operations leadership to optimize scheduling and staffing.
• Support quality management processes, procedures, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain relationships with customers, employees, vendors, and suppliers.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
