Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 6 years Nuclear Power Plant experience including fuel movement and 3 years supervision.
• Alternatively, an Associate Degree with 8 years Nuclear Power Plant experience including fuel movement and 3 years supervision.
• Or a High School Diploma with 10 years Nuclear Power Plant experience including fuel movement and 3 years supervision.

Responsibilities

• Direct nuclear plant Reactor Services programs and refuel outage activities.
• Manage multi-million-dollar, multi-year contracts for outage and non-outage periods.
• Supervise first-line supervisors and roughly 200 supplemental personnel.
• Develop and manage budgets for Reactor Services programs.
• Allocate resources and plan preventative maintenance for reactor services equipment.
• Ensure workforce is qualified and maintains necessary skills.
• Develop detailed plans, assign personnel, and define work scopes.
• Apply expert knowledge in refueling outage services and BWR reactor maintenance, inspections, and dry cask storage.
• Direct project completion and close out financial and technical documentation.
• Facilitate investigations and troubleshooting of equipment and human performance issues.
