Job summary

Drill Tech Drilling & Shoring, Inc. in Oakdale, CA, is seeking a project engineer to support estimating, scheduling, cost control, and field implementation.

You will work with engineers, project managers, and field crews to organize multiple tasks and communicate effectively with clients and design teams. The role requires a BS in civil/geotechnical engineering and 1–5 years of related experience, with preference for AutoCAD and scheduling software skills and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of similar work experience.
• AutoCad and scheduling software is preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.

Job Description

This job is based in Oakdale, CA, and the position requires occasional travel as it will be necessary at various times for the applicant to work in the field. A successful candidate is willing to learn the fundamentals of our business and apply them to estimating, scheduling, cost control analysis, and operational implementation. Working alongside Drill Tech professional engineers, project managers, and field crews, project engineers must demonstrate excellent communication skills, and the ability to organize multiple concurrent tasks are required.
