Job summary

Technopref Industries, an affiliate of Construction Demathieu & Bard, seeks a Project Coordinator to support precast tunnel liner production in Connecticut. You’ll work with the Operations Manager and Production Superintendent to track daily production, coordinate materials, and follow up on issues affecting the plant.

Qualifications

• Experience in precast concrete or related industrial environment.
• Degree or diploma in civil engineering, construction management or related field is an asset; relevant practical experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Production coordination: track daily segment production, plan needs for moulds, materials, labour and equipment; monitor issues and provide updates to the Operations Manager.
• Materials and technical follow-up: coordinate purchases, monitor material needs, and work with production and quality teams on concrete, mould and segment issues.
• Project administration and client coordination: assist with progress pay applications, prepare submittals, attend client meetings, and coordinate responses with operations.
• Maintain organized project documents and communicate production status and emerging issues to the Operations Manager.
