Job summary

Technopref Industries Inc. seeks a Project Coordinator to support the production of precast tunnel liner segments at our Connecticut facility.

The role partners with the Operations Manager and Production Superintendent to track daily production, manage materials and project information, and resolve production issues on site. The position requires practical knowledge of concrete and precast production, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with yard, shipping and client

Qualifications

• Experience in precast concrete or heavy civil construction.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and project specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production with the Operations Manager and Production Superintendent, tracking quantities, rates and plan progress.
• Coordinate purchasing, materials, moulds, labor and equipment to support the short-term production plan.
• Prepare and maintain project records, submittals and client communications, and ensure timely updates with the Operations Manager.
• Assist with progress pay applications, client meetings and timely responses to client questions and comments.
