Job summary

SPS Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Nut Tumbler Operator to join our manufacturing team in Langhorne, PA. The role focuses on surface finishing of metal nuts, operating tumbler machinery, and maintaining quality standards on a fast-paced shop floor.

You will load/unload tumblers, monitor performance, perform basic maintenance, and document production. A high school diploma and experience in a manufacturing setting are preferred, with strong attention to detail and teamwork required.

  • Mechanical aptitude with ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery.

  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with heavy lifting.
  • Basic math and ability to read blueprints or technical documents.
  • Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Operate nut tumbler machines to clean, polish, and deburr metal nuts according to production specifications.
  • Load and unload tumblers, ensuring proper placement of parts and materials.

SPS Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Nut Tumbler Operator to join our manufacturing team. As a Nut Tumbler Operator, you will play a crucial role in the surface finishing process, which involves cleaning and polishing metal nuts used in aerospace and industrial applications. You will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining tumbler machinery, ensuring that all parts meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
