Job summary

SPS Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Nut Tumbler Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate nut tumbler machines to clean, polish, and deburr metal nuts to meet production specifications, while loading/unloading parts and monitoring performance.

You will inspect finished parts for quality, maintain and clean equipment, and follow safety protocols. Strong reading of blueprints and ability to follow instructions are essential in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably operating tumbler or finishing equipment.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical documents.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities
