Job summary

Imperial is hiring for a shop/field service role in Tulsa, OK. The position focuses on cleaning and repairing coffee equipment with comprehensive on‑the‑job training. You will contribute to world-class service by supporting both the team and clients and by maintaining strong client relationships.

The role involves loading and unloading equipment, driving to sites, and using basic tools. It is a Monday–Friday position in a non-climate controlled shop environment requiring reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Clean and repair coffee equipment; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Provide World Class Service to clients, maintaining strong relationships.
• Load/unload equipment from vehicles; operate hand tools and basic shop equipment.
