Job summary

AST SpaceMobile is seeking an MES Systems Engineer (Tulip Developer) to design, develop, configure, implement, and maintain Tulip‑based MES applications that streamline production and ensure accurate data flows between MES, ERP, and PLM systems.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to translate manufacturing needs into scalable Tulip solutions, build dashboards, and support UAT and production rollouts while maintaining data integrity and security.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in MES, with at least 2 years Tulip experience.
• Experience with ERP/PLM integrations and shop floor devices.
• SQL and at least one programming language; testing and production rollout experience.
• Familiarity with CAD/PLM; data integrity and change control.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain Tulip MES apps, connectors, dashboards to support production workflows.
• Administer Tulip environments, including user management and ERP/PLM integration.
• Design dashboards and reports to track KPIs and production status.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and support testing and rollout.
• Ensure data synchronization across CAD, PLM, ERP, and MES and implement data quality controls.
• Mentor engineers on Tulip concepts and drive continuous improvement.
