Qualifications

• Mastery of vessel operations and crew supervision to ensure safe, compliant towing operations.
• Endorsements and licenses required for Master of Towing Vessels and Tank Barge PIC-DL.
• Experience on the Southeast Intracoastal Waterway is required and highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vessel seaworthiness and readiness, crew performance, and safety compliance.
• Lead and supervise crew, schedule watch rotations, and manage operational orders and voyages.
• Maintain vessel logs, report incidents, and ensure regulatory and company policy adherence.
