Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Backup to department supervisors and lead during absences.
• Participate in leadership development opportunities.
• Provide cross-shift leadership support as needed.
• Train and guide team members on procedures.
• Operate tufting equipment to support production goals.
• Support quality and customer requirements adherence.
• Identify and help resolve safety, quality, and downtime issues.
• Follow SOPs and housekeeping duties.
