Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Tufting Department group, including staffing and training.
• Supervise across shifts, adjust schedules to meet delivery dates.
• Lead safety initiatives, pre-shift meetings, and safety training.
• Resolve employee relations issues with HR support when needed.
• Ensure adherence to quality requirements and plant procedures.
