Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a hands-on Tufting Supervisor to lead daily tufting operations at its Decatur, AL facility. You will drive safety, quality, and production goals while coordinating staffing, machine assignments, and schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, a background in tufting or related manufacturing, and a commitment to 6S and continuous improvement in a fast-paced plant environment. You will mentor staff, troubleshoot issues, and partner with maintenance to ensure material

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of tufting, carpet, textile, or related manufacturing experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a production environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of tufting operations, quality standards, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 6S, or continuous improvement initiatives preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skill.
