Job summary

Afni is hiring a Call Center Representative for an on-site role in Tucson, AZ. The position is full-time (40 hours) with a starting pay of $17.50 per hour, including a $17.00 base wage and a $0.50 on-site differential, plus a monthly bonus and paid training.

You will handle customer inquiries, resolve billing and service issues, and promote products or services while maintaining professional communication and empathy. On-site work at the Tucson facility is required.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience.
• GED or High School Diploma.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Listen, ask questions, and uncover what customers really need.
• Research and resolve account, billing, service, device, and technical concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues requiring additional support.
• Recommend and sell products, services, upgrades, or additional lines based on customer needs.
• Confidently handle frustrated or challenging customers.
• Help retain customers by finding solutions that address their concerns.
• Navigate multiple systems and resources to resolve customer concerns.
• Work toward established customer experience and performance goals.
