Job summary

Afni seeks a Customer Service Representative for our Tucson, AZ facility. This on-site, full-time position offers $17.50 per hour with a $0.50 on-site differential included in the pay and monthly bonus potential. Paid training and comprehensive benefits are provided.

You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues across accounts, billing, and service topics, and promote products and upgrades as appropriate to customer needs. Prior call center experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

Six months of customer service experience.
Must be 18 years of age.
GED or High School Diploma and legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

Listen, ask questions, and uncover what customers really need.
Research and resolve account, billing, service, device, and technical concerns.
Troubleshoot issues requiring additional support.
Recommend and sell products, services, upgrades, or additional lines based on customer needs.
Confidently handle frustrated or challenging customers.
Help retain customers by finding solutions that address their concerns.
Navigate multiple systems and resources to resolve customer concerns.
Work toward established customer experience and performance goals.
