Pathways For Life in Arizona is seeking DTA & DTT Day Program Caregivers and Drivers to support individuals with IDD in daily activities and transportation, and to help families access pathways to fulfillment. You will build meaningful connections, implement behavior support, and collaborate with supervisors to deliver compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a clean background.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with IDD in daily routines and activities.
• Drive a company vehicle to pick up/drop off individuals.
• Collaborate with supervisors and professionals to deliver care.
• Implement behavior support strategies as needed.
• Advocate for member safety, rights, and dignity.
