Job summary

You will monitor inventory levels, analyze usage, and ensure timely acquisition in line with policies and contracts; knowledge of MMIS systems is a plus.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and customer service skills; day shift, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Requires an associates in business or procurement or equivalent experience and training.
• Two or more years of experience in Materials Management or the medical field.
• Effective verbal and written communication, leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates procurement, receipt, distribution, and charging of medical supplies for assigned areas.
• Regularly takes inventory and manages stock levels, usage, and shelf life.
• Assesses upcoming schedules and forecasts future needs; orders items as needed.
• Uses a materials management information system for ordering, tracking, and reporting.
