Fernway is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to support brand marketing initiatives in and around Tucson, AZ. You will ensure in-store execution, build retailer relationships, and train budtenders to drive product knowledge and sales.

The role requires 2+ years in brand marketing or events, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with CRM platforms. It offers full-time hours in a field-based role with extensive collaboration with sales partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in brand marketing, events, or similar roles.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with HubSpot and CRM platforms.
• Active social media presence across major platforms.
• Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel to retail locations and events in the Tucson area.

Responsibilities

• Support in-store execution of marketing strategies and displays.
• Build and maintain relationships with store staff and partners.
• Train budtenders on products, promotions, and selling points.
• Manage and track retail incentive programs.
• Oversee merchandising, displays, and brand standards.
• Assist with events, pop-ups, and product launches.
• Coordinate swag and promotional materials for stores.
• Collaborate with Sales and Retail Partners to align marketing with sales goals.
