Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to support the Field Marketing Manager in executing strategic marketing initiatives in and around Tucson, AZ. This role focuses on ensuring top-tier in-store execution, building retailer relationships, and supporting our retail partners with marketing programs.

Key duties include training budtenders, managing incentives, merchandising, and coordinating events and pop-ups to drive brand awareness and sales growth in the Tucson area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in brand marketing or events.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms.
• Willingness to travel to Tucson-area retail locations.
• AZ driver license or valid FA Card or U.S. passport.

Responsibilities

• Support In-Store Execution: ensure brand visibility across retail partners.
• Manage In-Store Relationships with store staff and partners.
• Budtender Training on Fernway products and promotions.
• Retail Store Incentives: track and engage staff incentives.
• Merchandising and Display: maintain product displays to brand standards.
• Promotional Support: assist with in-store promotions and launches.
• Swag and Promotional Materials: manage inventory and distribution.
• Event Coordination: plan and execute events, activations, pop-ups.
• Collaboration with Sales and Retail Partners to align field marketing with sales.
• Compliance with Cannabis Regulations: follow state/local guidelines.
• Target Work Schedule: Tue–Sat; Tue/Wed flex days; Thu–Sat field days.
