In this role, you’ll travel within the Tucson market, represent the company at provider offices and events, and ensure smooth intake and care initiation for children in need.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA, healthcare intake, or provider relations.
• Established connections to pediatricians or referral sources.
• Ability to build trust quickly and convert relationships into referrals.
• Willingness to travel within the market.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with providers across the Tucson area.
• Represent The Treetop in person at offices, events, and meetings.
• Drive completed intakes by turning provider trust into families starting care.
• Respond quickly to referrals so no family waits.
• Collaborate with intake and clinical teams for a smooth start to care.
• Identify untapped networks and travel within the market.
• Log activities and relationships to measure what works.
