Chartbeat Inc. is seeking a Solutions Consultant to become a Tubular platform expert, translating prospect KPIs into compelling value propositions and managing demos and trials with the sales team.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to identify API opportunities and align requirements, while applying team methodologies and AI-assisted workflows in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing role at a SaaS, media analytics or data vendor.
• Strong understanding of social video and branded content ecosystems.
• Ability to interpret data and build narratives from raw numbers.
• Confidence discussing technical requirements with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Become Tubular platform expert and demonstrate its value to media companies and brands.
• Manage demos and trials with sales reps to achieve clear success criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Sales on API opportunities and integration timelines.
• Support customer-facing feedback to roadmap and product improvements.
• Track demo/trial metrics to optimize impact on sales processes.
