Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain is looking for a Tub Attendant to help manage tubing operations and guest experiences on the mountain. The role involves assisting guests, verifying tickets, and ensuring safety at the tubing area.

We provide training and encourage enthusiastic, outdoor-loving individuals. You will join an international team and work across shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Prior guest service experience is a plus.
  • Able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Ticket Checks & Guest Assistance: verify tickets and assist guests on/off lifts.
  • Safety & Operation: monitor loading/unloading and operate lift controls.
  • Tube Area Maintenance: keep area clean and snow ramps clear.
  • Guest Interaction: greet guests and provide lift-use help.
  • Documentation & Reporting: log daily actions and report unusual weather.
  • Additional Duties: perform other tasks to support lift operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ticket Checks & Guest Assistance: Verify tickets, assist guests on and off lifts, and ensure they have proper safety equipment. Provide information and answer questions with a friendly attitude.
  • Safety & Operation: Monitor guests during loading/unloading, operate lift controls, and test safety switches. Report any issues to lift mechanics and assist with daily equipment checks.
  • Tube Area Maintenance: Keep lift and surrounding areas clean, clear snow from ramps, and ensure an orderly environment. Handle ticketing and pass checks politely and look for counterfeit tickets.
  • Guest Interaction: Greet guests with a positive attitude, help with lift use, and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Log daily actions, monitor machinery, and report unusual weather or conditions. Assist with maintenance and collect trash as needed.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other assigned tasks to support overall lift operations.
