You will read OEM setup charts, adjust tooling, and document downtime to support KPI tracking. Strong mechanical aptitude and basic measurement skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Experience using measuring devices (micrometer, calipers, tape measure).
• Able to read setup charts from OEM and adjust roll tooling.
• Document downtime to drive KPI tracking and report issues promptly.
• Strong communication with teammates to ensure smooth mill flow.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the tube mill and equipment to keep the mill running during the shift.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized 5S work area.
• Cross-train team members on parts programming and mill setup.
• Perform TPM of process and equipment in the area.
• Coordinate daily/weekly activities with the department supervisor.
