Qualifications

As a Permanent Tube Mill Operator, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, playing a crucial role in the production of high-quality tubing products. Responsibilities

• 1. Operate and maintain tube mill equipment to produce high-quality products in accordance with ASTM standards.
• 2. Monitor the tube mill process, adjusting settings as needed to ensure product quality and consistency.
• 3. Perform high frequency welding operations, ensuring all welds meet company and industry standards.
• 4. Use precision measuring tools to verify product dimensions and make necessary adjustments.
• 5. Carry out regular calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
• 6. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs as needed.
• 7. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment at all times.
• 8. Collaborate with other team members to optimize production efficiency.
• 9. Document production data, including output, quality checks, and equipment maintenance activities.
• 10. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and suggestions to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a tube mill operator role or similar position in a manufacturing environment.
• 2. Proven experience with ASTM standards, tube mill operations, high frequency welding, precision measuring, and calibration.
• 3. Strong technical skills, with the ability to operate and maintain complex machinery.
• 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• 5. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality work under pressure.
• 6. Good physical stamina and dexterity, with the ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
• 7. Solid understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
• 8. Ability to work well in a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• 9. Basic computer skills, with the ability to record and report production data accurately.
• 10. High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational or technical training in a related field would be an advantage.
