Qualifications

• 5+ years of tubing mill operator experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ASTM standards and tube mill operations.
• Proficient with high frequency welding and precision measuring.
• Able to calibrate equipment and maintain accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and safety awareness.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Team player with good communication.
• Basic computer skills to record production data.
• High school diploma; vocational/technical training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain tube mill equipment to produce products meeting ASTM standards.
• Monitor and adjust tube mill process for quality and consistency.
• Perform high-frequency welding and ensure weld quality.
• Use precision tools to verify dimensions and adjust as needed.
• Regularly calibrate equipment for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
