Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor tube laser cutting equipment to process metal tubing.
• Set up machines, load programs, and adjust for production needs.
• Read blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
• Load and unload materials with proper handling procedures.
• Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy.
• Monitor production runs and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping.
• Coordinate with production Supervisors to meet daily schedules.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Tube Laser Operator to join our growing operations team in Orlando, FL.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our state-of-the-art tube laser cutting equipment, producing precision-cut metal components for customers across a wide range of industries.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, takes pride in producing quality work, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous CNC or laser cutting experience is preferred, but candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor tube laser cutting equipment to process steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metal tubing.
• Set up machines, load programs, and make necessary adjustments to meet production requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
• Load and unload material while maintaining proper material identification and handling procedures.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.
• Monitor production runs and troubleshoot basic machine or cutting issues.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and housekeeping.
• Work closely with production supervisors and team members to meet daily production schedules.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery, tube lasers, or other industrial cutting equipment preferred.
• Experience with tube laser equipment is a strong plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn machine operating software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
