Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a skilled operator to ensure high-quality parts. You will follow prints, use hard gages and calipers, and load materials with forklift and crane to feed the machine.

The role requires daily setup of several jobs while maintaining premium part quality. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting machine parameters, performing routine preventative maintenance, and adhering to MEC safety policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand work orders and follow instructions.
• Work with little direction (other than standard procedures).
• Having laser experience is preferred, especially Tube Laser.
• Ability to understand and follow MEC safety policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate a dedication to achieving results and be able to sustain high drive and energy.
• Knowledge of tubular steel manufacturing and fabrication processes is a PLUS!
